Craig Machan BSc (Managing Director)
Started career as a technical consultant within Information Technology, in the Retail Sector, defining and implementing technology solutions that supported order process management, distribution control and back office applications. After managing a major technology integration project based on the acquisition of another retailer, developed career into the financial services sector. As a project consultant managed multimillion pound projects involving technology enhancements, risk analysis, business process efficiencies and commercial impact analysis.

In 1996 headhunted to establish the Scottish operations of a $billion US corporate, selling IT hardware, software and services, building a market from £0 to £30m in 5-years, recruiting an effective sales team delivering 40% growth per annum and profit margins 30% above the UK average.

In 2001 joined another $billion US corporate, selling IT software, who had a failing business unit in Scotland with poor customer retention with a negative perception and a resultant high staff turnover rate. After 2-years of developing new business growth in excess of 300%, no resignations and establishing a strategic market within Scotland, left to develop business in Kingscavil Associates Limited.

Now the joint owner of the company Craig has brought a business focus to the organisation in the services offered and proven best practices, especially in business to business sales, with a consultative approach and financial acumen. “The measure of our success has to be any deliverable service must define a return on investment and indicate efficiencies over and above the current working status quo”. “The developing practices are engineered around client needs or requests, not our ‘nice to have’ services”.

Anne Marie Machan BA, CPFA (Financial Director)
Having qualified with a BA in Accounting, worked and qualified as a Chartered Public Finance Accountant, working in the public sector external audit environment for 9 years. The work undertaken included systems reviews, value for money audits and year end financial accounts audit.

For the past 6-years Anne Marie has been involved in a number of roles including being the Financial Director for a national charity.

Anne Marie was one of a co-founder of Kingscavil Associates Limited.
